I have a Valores Metal Account but no savings plan; how do I proceed?
To activate your Valores Gold Package, you must have created at least one savings plan.
You create this within your Valores Metal Account; more information can be found here..
Where can I find the reference or number of my savings plan?
You can find the reference or savings plan number in the list of your savings plans after logging in to your Valores Metal Account.
You can simply copy the reference by clicking on the icon circled in the image below.
